We’re expected to just follow generic advice, but lipoedema doesn’t work like that. That’s where I come in. I’ll help you navigate the weight loss side of lipoedema in a way that actually makes sense, so you can make progress without all the guesswork, frustration, or guilt trips.

Managing lipoedema doesn’t mean signing up for a lifetime of sad salads and food fomo. You’ll have the knowledge to choose meals without constantly worrying about the consequences for your symptoms. I get how frustrating lipoedema is, and I know firsthand that managing it takes more than generic advice. I’m here to guide, support, and hype you up without guilt trips or pressure. How I got here..
I've been a personal trainer for almost 9 years, but it was only in 2022 that I discovered that I had lipoedema and my world was turned upside down.
During my appointment with my GP, she told me she was glad that I went down the route that I did (being a personal trainer) because it undoubtedly helped me unknowingly manage my symptoms and keep my lipoedema progression at bay.
At the time, I couldn't see the truth in this. I was struggling. I was at an all time low and I needed help. I felt like I was failing.
Unfortunately, there isn't much support when it comes to lipoedema, and so I had to figure it all out on my own.
That's when I realised how unique of a position that I was in.
I already had the tools to help myself, I just needed to use them differently.
I didn't need to learn about nutrition from scratch. I didn't need to spend the time figuring out what training methods worked for me. I didn't need to struggle to lose weight. My job allowed all of these things to come naturally to me. I didn't have to question if what I was doing would work. I knew that it would.
And that is why I changed my entire business so that I could support other women with lipoedema.

I’m nervous to book a call (not a question but a common feeling!)
I get it! It’s natural to feel a bit nervous. But the first step is just having a chat to see if we’re a good fit for each other. No pressure, no judgment, just a conversation where you can ask me anything, and I’ll answer honestly and openly. If you decide that coaching isn’t for you, that’s okay – no hard feelings! You can also reach out to me via email or instagram (links at the bottom of the page) and we can chat there too.
Do I need to join a gym?
Not at all! The beauty of my coaching is that it’s personalised to you. If you enjoy the gym, we’ll work that in. If not, no worries! We’ll build a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals, whether you prefer working out at home or focusing on daily movement.
Do I need to be fit?
Nope! I get that “fit” can look very different when you have lipoedema. Your goal might be something as simple (but bloomin' life changing) as walking up a hill without feeling weighed down. I’ll meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace, making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Will I need to cut out food groups?
No way! I'll find what works for you, not make things harder than they need to be. Together, we’ll identify any trigger foods, but you won’t have to cut out entire food groups unless it’s truly necessary. The goal is to create a balanced, sustainable approach that doesn’t leave you feeling restricted, guilty, or struggling to stick to something unrealistic.
I’m on Mounjaro/Ozempic, can your coaching still help me?
Yes! My coaching can absolutely help if you're on medications like Mounjaro or Ozempic. We’ll work together to make sure the plan complements your treatment and aligns with your goals, always putting your health first. I'll help you build sustainable habits that can continue once your journey with weight loss medication is over.
I don’t have a formal lipoedema diagnosis, can you still help me?
Absolutely! Even if you don’t have a formal diagnosis, I can still help you manage symptoms that might be related to lipoedema. Many women experience lipoedema-like symptoms but haven’t been officially diagnosed. I’m here to support you with a tailored approach based on how you're feeling in your body, and we’ll work together to make progress, no matter where you are in your journey.
I don’t want to lose weight, can you still help me?
Of course! My coaching isn’t just about weight loss. If your focus is on managing your lipoedema and feeling better in your body, that’s exactly what we’ll work on. Weight loss is one piece of the puzzle, but it's not the whole picture. I’ll help you identify trigger foods, adjust your nutrition, build a lippy-friendly training plan, and everything in between.
